W CONDO HOTEL FORT LAUDERDALE

The W Fort Lauderdale Hotel & Residences (Condotel) is the latest high water mark property for a city rapidly expanding its residential-commercial footprint. The 23 story W condo hotel has two towers: one for the hotel and the other for the Condo Residences. The East Tower is a 346 room 5 star hotel. The West tower includes 171 one and two bedroom hotel condominium residences. The Condo units will be fully furnished right down to the silverware. Most W hotel units and condos will have excellent views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Fort Lauderdale Beach. The W's two towers will include two heated swimming pools adjoining a lounge and grill, sun deck and snack bar.

The W Residence owners will have signing ability 24/7 throughout the hotel. This applies to all the restaurants, spa, bars and grills, as well as personnel chef services, dining in the residence, in-home catering, and grocery shopping and delivery. The W's famous "Whatever/Whenever" is available to all residents. All owners can place there residences in the Hotel rental pool when they are not using there Hotel Condo unit.

The W condo hotel and residences were designed by the renowned Adache Group Architects. All public spaces and guest suites have been designed by the noted Clodagh Design Group based in New York City. The W Hotel and Condo will contain 19,200 square feet of adjustable meeting space.
